European Sales Manager-SaaS

Job title: European Sales Manager - SaaS

Location: Oxford Circus, London

 

Connectik Technologies Global Limited, is a highly regarded, forward-thinking, ICT enterprise collaboration startup with its headquarters based in Central London. Connectik is looking for a proven and experienced SaaS Sales Manager for Europe. You must have a successful track record of new business success, selling high value enterprise class software solutions. The candidate will develop opportunities with leading European business network organisations, create meaningful relationships and be able to drive them through the sales cycle to closure and future referrals. The position has a long-term view to build a team in the near future.

 

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 

To lead the day-to-day sales activities and drive acquisitions across the European region
Drive strategic presence and direction of Connectik sales and customer success in Europe
Demonstrate key features of the platform to prospective customers in person, through online web demonstrations to answer client questions
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Prepare and present contracts and SLAs
Achieving and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly company revenue targets
To form strong relationships with partners and internal teams to develop and grow business
Work with Technical Development Team to demonstrate and scale Connectik’s solutions to meet individual needs
Focus on developing and expanding relationships with existing customers and driving new

prospect acquisition

To define geographical sales regions and potential to build a team to ensure further growth

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related field.
At least 3 years of sales management experience
Minimum of 5-8 years new business and technical sales experience selling SaaS, Enterprise software solutions and/ or eCommerce technology to organisations and businesses
Capable of not just delivering sales but also seeing the bigger strategic picture to grow the SaaS business sector for Connectik
Hunter role: history of effectively growing a large territory, high volume of

    leads and exceeding quotas is required (think big, start small, scale quickly)

Experience in accurately forecasting sales performance
Experience delivering remote demonstrations
Intuitive with the capacity to hit the ground running
Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills
Talent for crafting and delivering a complex value proposition in easily

    consumed language

Adaptable to work in a start-up environment and develop a SaaS startup strategy
A high level of personal organisation and time management skills
Ideally a 'self-starter' by nature with a positive disposition.
Professional, self-motivated with a highly collaborative style
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Thrives in a fast paced, competitive team environment with challenging workloads
